Enerad Tubosun Fashola is a self-motivated, reliable, and resourceful individual with a proven ability to ensure smooth and efficient running of business processes. He is a graduate with distinction from the Mechanical Engineering Department of Yaba College of Technology (HND) and the University of Lagos (B.Sc.). Also, he obtained his Master's of Science degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the University of Liverpool, England, in 2014 and most recently completed his Master's in Agribusiness Management from Rome Business School, Nigeria. He has attended several project management and managerial, and leadership development programs, including the prestigious British Project Management College, UK, in 2003, Chevron Leadership Forum in San Ramon, USA, in October 2017, and Rome Business School Nigeria On-Campus Strategic Management and Business Leadership session in Nigeria in July 2022. He is a registered and certified engineer, and a member of professional bodies including the Nigerian Society of Engineers, the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria, Fellow of the Society of Energy Administrators, and most recently, a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants.

He is an operations and safety professional and an agropreneur. His work experience of over 25 years cuts across production operations, project management, and complex processing facility operations management in multinational FMC and oil and gas companies with an enviable track record of working and leading routine and complex operations, project planning, and deployment, earning numerous recognitions and awards. Currently, as Lead Consultant with XYZ Consulting, leveraging his sound technical knowledge, management skills, and experience, he has been engaging in Operations and Safety Assurance and Project Management Consultancy after his voluntary retirement from Chevron Nigeria Limited in 2021. He has won many academic, professional, and social recognition and awards including Best Graduating Student of the Mechanical Engineering Department and School of Engineering of Yaba College of Technology 1993/1994 set, Chevron Corporation Operational Excellence Recognition & Award for his outstanding contributions to Process Hazard Analyses (PHA) and Process Risk Reduction Efforts in Chevron organization in 2010 and 2013. Chevron Corporation Human Energy Departmental Award for Exemplary Leadership in Resolving Process Challenges and Restoring Critical Revenue Stream in 2017. Chevron Corporation Human Energy Departmental Award for Exceptional Achievement for Ingenuity, Creativity, and Leadership with Implementation of EGP Alternative Condensate Processing Scheme in 2017. Christ Apostolic Church Adekitan Outstanding Leadership Award in 2019.

With passion in farming, he founded an agriculture and agro-allied company, Greenvine Cropvest Company Limited in 2019 and currently, as the Chief Executive Officer, he is responsible for providing the strategic leadership and direction of the tactical operations of the company to produce quality food in a sustainable manner in support of global focus on food security and achievement of Zero Hunger by 2030.

He is married, blessed with lovely children, and resides with his family in Nigeria. For his leisure, he loves reading and enjoys playing scrabble for indoor games, while football and table tennis are his favorite outdoor games.
